All rights reserved.) at the Post Theater (Bldg 254), free showing.  Narrated by Lou Diamond Phillips, "Forgotten Soldiers" is the story of the U.S. Army's Philippine Scouts, the Battles of Bataan and Corregidor, and the Bataan Death March. In this stirring documentary movie, ten survivors describe the action over photographs, reenactments and actual footage of the events.  Much of the film was captured from the Japanese at the end of the war, including footage of the Death March and prison camps. The American and Filipino soldiers of the Philippine Scouts were the backbone of General Douglas MacArthur's forces on Bataan, but few Americans today are even aware of this unique segment of the United States Army. They are America's FORGOTTEN SOLDIERS. Produced and directed by Donald A. Plata. There is no admission charge.
