Morale, Welfare and Recreation Fund).
Payments made by
credit card must be Visa or MasterCard
ONLY. You will NOT receive a
receipt if you choose to mail in your
registration.
Registrations must be postmarked on or before 10 March 2012.
Please note: Mail-in registrations will not be accepted for the 2013
march (exceptions will apply in situations where a purchase order
must be used for payment).

The waiver/release must be printed and mailed with your registration form. Please attach waiver/registration with check or Visa/MasterCard information. Team registrations are not complete and will not be accepted until waiver/release signature is confirmed.

your registration form in order to check on your
